Massage Therapy
On site massage services offer participants the opportunity to receive individualized care that supports relaxation, recovery, and pain relief. Modalities may include deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, lymphatic work, aromatherapy, and relaxation based techniques. These sessions help reduce tension, improve circulation, and support overall well being during the retreat.
Yoga
We offer a variety of yoga experiences including sunrise sessions to gently awaken the body, sunset classes to wind down the day, and more energizing power flows designed to build strength and focus. Each session is adaptable to all levels and can be tailored to match the pace and intention of your retreat, whether that is restorative, invigorating, or somewhere in between.
Customized Retreat Experiences

Meditation
Guided meditation sessions are designed to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and stress reduction. These practices can range from short grounding exercises to longer immersive experiences and are accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners. Meditation helps participants reset, refocus, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
Sound Baths
Sound bath experiences use vibration and frequency to create a deeply relaxing and restorative environment. Participants are immersed in sound using instruments such as singing bowls and chimes, allowing the body to release tension and the mind to settle into a meditative state. This is a powerful way to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.
Mindfulness Seminars

Hiking

Tai Chi

Stretching and Mobility

Ashtanga Yoga

Sessions can be adapted to meet participants at their level while still maintaining the integrity of the practice.
Individual Enrichment Sessions
Individual enrichment sessions provide one on one support tailored to each participant’s needs and goals. These sessions may include personalized bodywork, guided self reflection, nervous system regulation techniques, goal setting, or coaching style conversations. This allows participants to receive deeper, individualized attention within the group retreat setting.
Self Care Packages
Self care packages are curated to extend the benefits of the retreat beyond the experience itself. These may include items such as essential oils, wellness tools, guided practices, journals, hydration support, and recovery aids. Each package can be customized to align with the theme and intention of the retreat.
Educational Classes
We offer a range of educational classes designed to support long term well being and sustainable lifestyle changes. Topics may include stress management, work life balance, nervous system regulation, sleep optimization, movement and posture, burnout prevention, and self care practices. These classes are interactive, practical, and designed to provide tools participants can immediately apply in their daily lives.
Breathwork Sessions
Guided breathwork helps regulate the nervous system, increase energy, and support emotional release. These sessions can be energizing or deeply calming depending on the needs of the group.
Nervous System Regulation Workshops
These workshops teach participants how to recognize and shift their stress responses using simple, effective tools. This is especially valuable for high performing teams and individuals experiencing burnout.
Journaling and Reflection Sessions
Guided journaling sessions create space for self reflection, clarity, and integration. Prompts are designed to help participants process experiences and gain insight in a supportive environment.
Creative Expression Sessions
Creative sessions such as art, vision boarding, or intuitive creation allow participants to access a different part of themselves and foster innovation, play, and emotional expression.
Recovery and Restorative Sessions
These sessions focus on deep rest and recovery through gentle movement, supported relaxation, and calming practices that help the body fully reset.
Meet Janet
With over 27 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork, I specialize in helping people reduce pain, restore mobility, and regulate the nervous system so they can feel and perform at their best. My work blends a strong clinical foundation with intuitive, individualized care, informed by my experience in medical and rehabilitation settings and my background as a trauma informed practitioner and licensed special education teacher.
I am trained in deep tissue massage, Ashiatsu, cupping therapy, and hold a 200 hour yoga certification, allowing me to offer a wide range of movement, recovery, and wellness services. Whether working with individuals or groups, my goal is to create experiences that help people feel more grounded, connected, and supported both physically and mentally.
I bring a globally informed and culturally aware perspective to my work, shaped by travel to England, India, and Iceland, as well as hands on experience working with diverse communities, including time embedded in a migrant work camp in the United States. As a former educator, I taught students from a wide range of cultural and international backgrounds, which continues to influence how I create inclusive, adaptable, and respectful environments. I naturally gravitate toward working with people from all over the world and bring a sense of openness, curiosity, and ease into every space I enter.

Michelle brings a dynamic, intuitive approach to movement, blending yoga, guided stretching, and hands-on support to help individuals feel more open, balanced, and connected in their bodies. Her work is rooted in years of experience guiding clients through personalized movement and stretch sessions, with a focus on improving mobility, reducing tension, and supporting overall well being.
She is a LifePower Yoga certified instructor with training in Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin, allowing her to adapt each session to the needs of the individual or group. Michelle specializes in custom one-on-one experiences, including dynamic stretch sessions with hands-on assists and restorative, deeply supportive yin practices that help the body release and reset.
Michelle’s background also includes extensive experience working with clients in fitness and wellness settings, where she developed a strong foundation in movement, alignment, and functional support. Today, her work is centered around yoga-based practices, offering a thoughtful, accessible approach that meets people exactly where they are.
Her passion for travel and connection has taken her practice around the world, from Mediterranean coastlines to rainforest environments, shaping her ability to create immersive and memorable wellness experiences in a variety of settings. With a background in classical music, she also incorporates an understanding of rhythm, sound, and vibration to create sessions that feel both grounding and restorative.
Whether leading group sessions or offering individualized support, Michelle’s goal is to help people move more freely, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
