About Me

For over 27 years, I’ve helped people feel more comfortable in their bodies by reducing pain, restoring mobility, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. I have been practicing massage therapy since 1999, and my work is informed by decades of hands-on experience across clinical, educational, and holistic settings.

My approach blends anatomical knowledge with intuitive listening, allowing me to tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and nervous system. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, living with a connective tissue condition, navigating stress or trauma, or simply wanting to move and feel better in your body, my work is designed to support you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

I have extensive experience working in medical and rehabilitation settings and am comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team when supporting injury recovery and long-term healing. This clinical foundation is paired with deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence, emotional holding patterns, and nervous system regulation. My work is both science-based and intuitive, grounded in safety, presence, and individualized care.

I am trauma-informed and trained to work with neurodivergent clients, sensory sensitivities, and people with disabilities. I am also a licensed special education teacher, which strongly informs how I create sessions that feel predictable, respectful, and emotionally safe. I work with children, including children on the autism spectrum, and adapt each session to meet individual sensory and communication needs.

I have specialized training in hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), both professionally and personally, as someone who lives with the condition myself. This lived experience allows me to approach treatment holistically and compassionately, with a focus on joint support, nervous system regulation, and long-term sustainability rather than aggressive or destabilizing techniques.

My training includes extensive certification and experience in deep tissue massage, Ashiatsu, cupping therapy, and foot reflexology, as well as completion of a 200-hour yoga teacher training, which informs my understanding of movement, alignment, breath, and body awareness.

I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for all bodies. My practice is fully accessible and includes an oversized massage table with a 500-pound weight capacity, ensuring every client can feel supported, comfortable, and welcome.

Massage therapy can help reduce pain, improve circulation and mobility, support injury rehabilitation, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your body in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. My goal is not just temporary relief, but meaningful, sustainable support for your long-term well-being.

My practice is located in northern Indianapolis, serving clients from Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, Broad Ripple, Noblesville, and the surrounding Indy area.
